4. Free Consultations, Estimates, and Service Agreements

REN may offer a free consultation by telephone or, when REN determines it is appropriate, onsite. A free consultation does not include or require a written report, inspection report, scope of work, or formal estimate. REN may provide a formal estimate at its discretion. Emergency calls, emergency response, service calls, and restoration work are not free merely because an initial consultation is offered at no charge. Any estimate is informational and does not constitute a binding agreement. Final service terms, including costs and timelines, are established in the applicable written service agreement.

5. Electronic Communications and Text Messaging

When you submit a consultation or service request, you ask and authorize REN Services & Restoration to respond using the phone number and email address you provide. These communications may concern your inquiry, consultation, appointment scheduling, estimates, requested documents, active work, or related customer service. Required acceptance of these Terms does not enroll you in promotional text or email marketing.

REN will send text messages only when you select the optional text messaging authorization on the contact form or otherwise provide legally valid consent. Message frequency varies according to your request or project. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers do not guarantee delivery, and REN is not responsible for delayed or undelivered carrier messages.

• REN will honor reasonable requests to withdraw communication consent as required by applicable law.

It does not replace a separate work authorization, service agreement, or contract for restoration services.
